The Privé-Swiss “1-Week Intensive” retreat program is specifically designed for the individual who wants to “get in – get it done – and get out” as quickly as possible.  It is an integrated “mind-body wellness” program incorporating intensive therapy, life coaching, stress management coaching, fitness, delicious meals, luxurious private accommodations.  Our Team is the best in the business and focused solely on YOU and your success!    

 

The Privé-Swiss 1-Week Intensive client is a person who has gotten derailed in his or her successful life and needs to get back on track – fast!  1-Week Intensive clients do not require psychiatric/medical services and do not have a primary substance abuse/addiction problem*.  All services are individual, 1-on-1 in a private residence.

The Privé-Swiss 1-Week Intensive Includes:

Comprehensive Assessment with Recommendations at Admission

Psychotherapy = 3 60-min. sessions

Life/Professional Coach = 3 90-min. sessions

Stress/Lifestyle Management Counseling = 2 90-min. sessions

Recreation/Fitness Coach – 4-5 90-min. sessions plus 1/2 day recreation outing

Massage = 2 90 min. sessions

Relaxation Training/Meditation = 1 60-min. session

Yoga = 1 60 min. session

Gourmet Chef

Housekeeping/laundry/linen service

24/7 House Manager on site

Private Suite or Private Room with semi-private bath

Transport to and from airport

Continuing Care/Discharge Plan
