The Privé-Swiss 1-Week Wellness Intensive client is a person who has gotten derailed in his or her successful life and needs to get back on track – fast! 1-Week Wellness Intensive clients do not require psychiatric/medical services and do not have a primary substance abuse/addiction problem. All services are individual, 1-on-1.

The Privé-Swiss 1-Week Wellness Intensive Includes:
- Comprehensive Assessment and Treatment Recommendations at Admission
- CBT/DBT Therapy with Licensed Therapist Specialist = 3 60-min. individual sessions
- Mindfulness Meditation Training with Licensed Therapist Specialist = 2 60-min. sessions
- Art/Expressive Therapy with Licensed Therapist Specialist = 2 60-min. sessions
- Spirituality Counseling = 1 60-min session
- Daily workouts and unlimited fitness classes available at luxury fitness studios including infrared saunas
- Massages, including craniosacral therapy = 2 60 min. sessions
- Acupuncture = 1-2 sessions
- Hypnotherapy = 2-3 sessions
- Functional Medicine Nutritionist Consultation
