Independent Intensive Outpatient Program
The Privé-Swiss Independent Intensive program is the same intensive clinical/holistic treatment
program as the residential Retreat, but provides clients with the freedom to plan their own “free
time” and other aspects of this intensive treatment program. You are responsible for your
accommodations and breakfast/dinner while participating in full days of program at our nearby
offices, wellness center, fitness studios, with private access to Pilates Studio and Medspa. This
program is offered at less than half the cost of our residential program with the same
clinical/holistic treatment programming and providers.
This impactful integrative program is presented by the same Privé-Swiss Team of outstanding,
seasoned professionals as the residential Retreat. Note that this is not a “spa” program – it is
for goal-oriented, successful individuals who are motivated to do an intensive, one-on-one
change/wellness program with a highly experienced clinical/holistic team of professionals.
Programming is 9am-6pm, 7 days per week with rolling admission/start dates. All sessions are
private, 1-to-1.
Included in the Program:
Admission Assessment with Treatment Recommendations
• DBT/CBT Therapy = 2 90-minute sessions/week
• Mindfulness Meditation Training = 2 60- min. sessions/week
• Life/Professional Coaching = 2 60-min sessions/week
• Art/Expressive Therapy = 2 60-min. sessions/week
• Yoga/Pilates = 2 60-min. sessions/week
• Massage (60 min.) = 2 per week
• Unlimited Access to private gym, our Fitness Studios & classes
• All books and other program materials
• Full Day programming with mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack provided and private car
transport to and from local Inn/B&B or hotel accommodations if needed.
• Additional Wellness, Fitness, MedSpa Services available at additional cost. Inquire
Program rate: Weekly Program $15,000 per week (2 week minimum)
Client is responsible for accommodations, breakfast/dinner. No medical or psychiatric services are
included in this program. Individuals with substance abuse/psychiatric conditions are not
